NOFRAMES - alternative text for frames

Description

The NOFRAMES tag specifies content that is displayed by browsers that do not know how to display frames. Browsers that can display frames ignore all text in the NOFRAMES tags unless a file called by a frame tag is missing or unreachable by the browser. Place the NOFRAMES tag within the FRAMESET tag.
